Detailed list of services

We identify the potential candidates according to the specifications indicated by the employers
We take care of the candidate’s selection, the documents preparation, obtaining permits, visas, residence permits, etc.
We test the candidates, we do medical tests before presenting the CV as well as before leaving the country of origin to Romania
Inform the parties about the targeted legislation in Romania and abroad
Inform the company about the particularities of the candidate's culture (food, habits, etc.)
We interview the candidate with the participation of the employer
We offer advice and information to companies and candidates throughout the recruitment and post-employment process, for 6 months, according to the concluded contract

We take care of the transport of the candidate from the country of origin to Romania
If in 3 months the worker does not adjust, we offer you a replacement worker without other commissions
We can offer, upon request, to obtain certain documents (ex: work permits) if you already have a selected candidate and you are not able to complete the rest of the steps
Data confidentiality is ensured, according to the law in force
We support both the company and the employee, in case of a labor dispute, seeking the amicable settlement of the dispute through mediation
Asian and African workers may be skilled or unskilled, depending on your request
A service contract is drawn up with the requesting companies/families
